  • Service Commencement: If we have not yet begun work on your project during this 24-hour period, you are entitled to a full refund. This means that if, for any reason, you decide to cancel your service order within this time frame and no work has been initiated, we will return 100% of your payment.

2. Partial Refunds Based on Work Completed

In cases where work has already begun on your project within the 24-hour refund window, we will issue a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed. Our approach ensures that you are fairly compensated for the portion of the project that has not yet been delivered.

  • Calculation of Refund: The refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the project that has been completed. For example:- If 20% of the work has been completed by the time you request a refund, we will retain 20% of the payment to cover the work done, and the remaining 80% will be refunded to you.
  • Work Evaluation: The percentage of work completed is determined by assessing the specific tasks and milestones that have been achieved up to the point of the refund request. This ensures transparency and fairness in the refund process.

3. No Refunds After 24 Hours

After the initial 24-hour period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued for any services ordered. This policy is in place because, after this time, significant resources, time, and effort may have been dedicated to your project, making it impossible to offer a refund.

4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, and we are committed to addressing each situation with fairness and understanding. In cases of unforeseen events or other special circumstances, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. While our standard policy applies in most cases, we will consider all factors in any exceptional situation to determine the most appropriate resolution.
