- Calculation of Refund: The refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the project that has been completed. For example:- If 20% of the work has been completed by the time you request a refund, we will retain 20% of the payment to cover the work done, and the remaining 80% will be refunded to you.
- Work Evaluation: The percentage of work completed is determined by assessing the specific tasks and milestones that have been achieved up to the point of the refund request. This ensures transparency and fairness in the refund process.
3. No Refunds After 24 Hours
